"I enjoyed this day trip to Shahrisabz. Our driver, Hassan, was prompt, punctual during the entire journey. He made sure we visit lots of interesting historical sites. In Shahrisabz we had a local guide who took us to an interesting site of the ancient city and a modern park. I enjoyed hearing the guide shorten the history of the region and helping to explore sites of the different eras. After the guided tour in Shahrisabz, the driver also took us to the Ulugbek Observatory and the Afrosiab museum when we got back to Samarkand. Careful driver along the way!"
